ShopMail for Shopify

Automatic emails for Shopify customer journeys

ShopMail includes six email automations. You choose which ones to enable and check their content and timing. Marketing automations require subscribers; order and shipping messages relate to a customer’s purchase.

Early access: our Shopify App Store listing is being prepared. Contact us for access.

Remind shoppers who left checkout, with a link straight back to their cart.

Trigger: A subscribed shopper starts checkout and leaves. Default delay: 1 hour. Subscribed email marketing consent is required.

An optional second reminder defaults to 1 day after the checkout. Reminders stop when the checkout becomes an order.

Order thank you

A branded thank you with the order summary, sent alongside Shopify's receipt.

Welcome

Greet new subscribers and introduce your store.

Win back

Bring back customers who have not ordered in a while.

Trigger: A subscribed customer has not ordered for 60 days. Default inactivity threshold: 60 days since the last order. Subscribed email marketing consent is required.

Review request

Start with a test

Review each automation before enabling it. ShopMail’s order thank you is additional to Shopify’s order confirmation; it does not replace the receipt. Sending is subject to account health and usage limits.
